Amazing support for start ups. You can do everything on the platform and very user friendly with a few clicks to finalise the agreements and save substantial amount of time. Time being the first aspect which is scarce for any business owner, and money being the second, especially when starting out so Seedlegals pricing is very competitive and helps to raise funds from investors easily.

Working with Stefan was a dream! He was so responsive, so patient and so thoughtful. Anyone knows raising investment is stressful working with someone who understands that is worth it's weight in gold.

I would say that whilst the platform is clearly brilliant, there is an assumption that someone knows how to navigate it, once awarding SEIS, it is not obvious the next steps, I think having a point of contact who can advise you on next steps, rather than back and forth questions with so many different people on the messenger would be a far simpler experience and save the SE team a lot of time!

But that is an observation of the user experience of the platform, Stefan was five stars without a doubt!

Staff support is fantastic, but I have never used such a bitty piece of software before, we are trying to do SEIS compliance, and it's taking months, as Seedlegals need so much info! My partner has done her compliance herself and it took her 15 minutes. Its honestly so frustrating, I have some very angry investors who cannot understand why its taking so long!
