Tony Webb was a totally engaging, inspirational instructor with loads of experience and humour to share. The best course in anything I’ve had in 7 years in this industry. He fills you with the knowledge and the confidence to take you forward in the work place. The Door Supervisor Top up training i received, was extremely well run.
Jamie the instructor,went out his way, to ensure that we all understood each and every bit of the course.

The CCTV training I received was clear, precise and thorough. The tutor was patient and did a fantastic job making sure we understood everything needed to get through the course. Extremely pleased with how it all went. This also stands for the Door Supervisor Top Up training which also included First Aid too.

Having completed two courses with SMSW team and organised numerous courses for other colleagues I can’t thank the training team enough for their support.
The CCTV course was very well organised.
The content exactly as needed.
The standard for passing is set by the awarding body, but the way the course is structured and delivered gives you the knowledge to pass.
I feel very comfortable moving forward with knowledge gained.
The trainer Jamie is patient and explains every aspect in clear detail and any questions or confusion is cleared up quickly.
All told excellent and I would highly recommend any course they offer.

Just completed the DS Top Up training and it was brilliant. In depth and challenging, Jamie, the instructor, has a really great way of teaching. Woukd definitely recommend and when it comes to topping up again, I'll definitely be coming here...
