Terrible experience – avoid at all costs!

I trusted this firm with my case under a “no win, no fee” agreement, but it turned into “no win, yes fee.” They mishandled my case, and I ended up paying thousands of pounds, which has left me in debt, despite their initial promises. Communication was severely lacking – each time I called, I was often told the person I needed was “in meetings,” and callbacks were rarely received.

Adeel never kept me informed, and Husna, who was supposed to handle my case, caused added stress and left me feeling unsupported. It seemed that protecting the firm’s reputation was prioritized over providing proper assistance. Clients were left in the dark, and I felt there was little regard for my well-being.

Despite the outcome, I was still required to pay fees that were unexpected and felt unjust given the promises made. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value peace of mind.
