Steve carried out a level 3 building survey for me on a cottage in Reydon Southwold. I cant believe how professional he was covered every detail recieved a report over 100 pages long he didnt miss a thing. Everything was easily explained with pictures etc. phoned him several times after survey and once i got report. He was realy helpfull on phone and explained everything and answered any questions i asked even when i phoned him back several times. I highy recommend Steve and hes company him and hes wife couldnt off been more helpful i would give them five stars i have had surveys on propertys done before but not as good and thorough as what i recieved using them couldnt fault there service in any way and would use them again over anyone if i needed to professional and friendly people. Steve carried out a home survey for us at a property we were buying, he was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and a total professional. Steve phoned on the day he'd done the survey, and spent a lot of time explaining all the issues he'd found with the property, in advance of his very detailed written report. He was even happy to have the same conversation again a few days later with my partner. Steve prepared a full survey for us on a Grade II listed building that we are looking at purchasing as our first home. On the day of the survey, Steve called me in the evening to debrief his initial thoughts. We really appreciated this, as it gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Steve even suggested how we could go about fixing some of the problems highlighted, and reviewed a quote for some of the works to be done to give us a sense of whether the quote was reasonable for the work. Our written report followed and was incredibly detailed, with pictures of every aspect of the property being discussed. Recently I had a house survey made by Steve and I was impressed the way he conduct that, with professionalism and knowledge , great attention to details, checking every corner of the property inside and outside from the roof to floor.
