26 weeks trying to buy a house.
Lots a hold ups along the way.
Tbh I would say that it was very hard going to get anywhere fast.
Would I say scott Richards where a nice company to deal with yes , would I say did they push without instruction no.
Would I say the process is flawed yes.
We ended up with a bill of £2000 and came away with nothing.
Are the team helpful yes but only when pushed.
For us not a great experience trying to buy our home.

I just want to say how helpful Scott Richards' free legal clinic is. I have an ongoing dispute over a van I was sold with some defects. I had many questions and didn't know who to ask or how to get help.
I was recommended to come to one of the legal clinics held each weekend. I spoke to Tom, who was so helpful and reassuring. He answered all of my questions and explained the legal jargon very clearly. There was no pressure to spend money, just good advice on my situation.
I am going to court in May, and where I was panicking before, I now feel calm and sure of how it will work and what to say.

Absolutely excellent conveyancing service from Megan at Scott Richards who was efficient, personal, caring and responsive. Great idea to have an app as well where you can easily check the progress of your house sale. Highly recommend this team. When selling a property is stressful enough, the solicitors at Scott Richards are absolutely fantastic.
