I would highly recommend these guys for getting your property tested for asbestos. Reliable, professional and very reassuring. We bought our house September 2024 and Ronan came out to do a full survey for us. He was super informative and communicative to us throughout and whilst on site, we actually learned quite a lot from him! The knowledge he gave us and the comprehensive survey report were both very thorough, and has actually really helped us manage risks on the property with other works we’ve had done. Since then we had another issue to deal with on the property, and Steve gave me his time on the phone to talk through it, provide helpful scientific information and was very reassuring. I would really recommend this company for professional high quality service and should we ever do refurb works in the future on other parts of the house I would certainly contact them again for their expertise and sampling/ testing. Thanks again and to Carly who is really helpful on the phone

Garage roof sample sent, analysed and results back in 24 hours from them actually receiving the sample. That’s the level of service I wish all suppliers/service providers could give! Excellent price for the sample testing too.

We hired Scientific Services Ltd to conduct an asbestos management survey after discovering some suspected asbestos at our property. The surveyor was knowledgable, incredibly thorough, and gave us updates throughout the survey to help us understand where samples had been taken and why. Had a bit of an asbestos scare and rang these guys. I found Tim to be extremely competent and professional, as he talked me through everything. There was no hard sell, but I arranged for one of their agents to visit and take some samples anyway. Ryan, who visited, was very professional and gave me some good advice. Would definitely recommend speaking to these chaps if you are concerned about asbestos in your home.
