What can I say but I am amazed. Professional Personable and so speedy. The best service I have ever received. Thanks to the lovely staff who have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. I would definitely recommend using this pharmacy. Well done for exceeding expectations in an area where I am usually left disappointed . 5 stars

Wow. What a fantastic pharmacy. I’m in the area on holiday and my refillable insulin pen broke!
What a nightmare.

But I phoned this pharmacy and they arranged for my GP’s prescription to go directly to them.

They got it delivered the same day.

All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t thank them all enough.

They take forever to answer the phone. Lack of proper training for assistants in the medical field. The law, that only allows prescriptions to be administered whilst the pharmacist is present is very inconvenient…both for customer and rest of staff…
*I must add that the staff were very good in assisting me; when I felt faint, after I had a venesection at the Ipswich hospital a couple of years ago…Thank you.👏

Worst Pharmacy i think i have ever been to.
They do not know what the are doing, the stand their staring like the lost in a day dream.
It takes over a week, from the day the receive your prescription, for them to get it ready. Then when you finally go back to collect it, you have to wait 20 minuets for them to get it for you.
The could not organise a sausage roll in Greggs.

I would like to thank all the very helpful staff at the pharmacy today. The young counter assistant gave me such an informed explanation of the procedure a repeat prescription request goes through. Please take on board that it may take 5 to 7 working days from when you hand in your repeat requests. Other factors come into the reason you may have to wait such as doctor authorisation and deliveries getting through on time. The dispensers are always busy and work as fast as they can with only one pharmacist to check every prescription that leaves the pharmacy. Please be patient with the hard working staff, who always do the best that they can. Hats off to you lovely ladies. Keep up the good work.

I can request a repeat prescription online with my Dr, have it approved by the Dr in 24h or less, yet when I check with the pharmacy 3-4 days later they more often than not say they "only just received the prescription" and have to order in medication which then can take several more days, and on some occasions has resulted in me running out of tablets despite the fact it's been a week since putting in my repeat prescription. I would use another pharmacy but the other local ones aren't much better.

Also another reviewer left a review about the price of items. They are overpriced for most things I've found. I understand they're a business but when you can buy, for example, a bottle of cough medicine for half the price elsewhere for the exact same one then that tells you everything.

Best avoided if you can.

They don't seem to appreciate that the medication I get through them keeps me alive. They stand around chatting between themselves and forget the name of the person who's prescription they are looking for. It takes days from getting the prescription from the doctors to making the package up. Even then its hardly ever ready. If your looking for paracetamol, your fine. If your medication is important to your wellbeing, go somewhere else.
