We recently purchased a house marketed by Savills in Ipswich, Alex MbNab lead the marketing of the property and was our 'go to guy' for any questions and issues related to the purchase, of which there were many. Alex graciously helped us navigate a complex purchase, liaising between all parties and helping to grease the wheels where needed to ensure the process never stalled. Throughout a rather drawn out process Alex was always very professional and responsive - even out of hours and when he was not available I found his colleagues to be very helpful too.
