Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing level of service and speed from Louise and her assistant Kayleigh. Everyone who’s been through a property purchase will know that having a five star solicitor is a must. Yesterday morning I telephoned SAS Daniels and asked if they would act for my daughter.

My daughter wanted to apply for an injunction.

In the late afternoon a girl telephoned. A “paralegal”. She proceeded to tell me how she had spoken to a solicitor and the reasons why, in her view, my daughter should not carry on with her case.

The ineptitude was frightening.

I should explain that my daughter in law has a first class law degree and works for the Crown Prosecution Service and that I qualified as a solicitor 50 years ago.

I have never heard such tripe
