I’ve given Sandicliffe Leicester a 5 star for their recent service selling me a Transit Tourneo. Jessica was thoroughly professional from start to finish and worked efficiently and proactively to get me on the road as fast as possible. It was the quickest I’ve bet managed to buy a vehicle, dropping by on Tuesday and picking it up ready to go on Thursday! I definitely recommend these guys to give a first class service!

Matt has been fantastic in his service, communication and help as I changed my car for a 9 seater Tourneo. Nothjng was too much trouble, including the sourcing of roof rails and arranging fitting. Would definitely recommend.

The quality of the service department has declined. My last 3 visit have all resulted in difficulty to park in any customer spaces as all areas are always full. One visit even resulted in abuse from on-site care cleaning staff as I parked adjacent to that area when no other spaces were available!
They appear to constantly book in more work than they can handle, resulting in a negative customer experience.
Great shame as I have been a loyal customer here for about 9 years.
