I have been trying to contact this solicitor since December. This cost me my house sale. In 2017 they said they’d file for divorce and charged me for this. They neglected to complete these instructions too. They are now withholding my file and personal documentation and refusing to respond to emails, phone calls and correspondence from my new solicitor. I have filed a complaint, in accordance with their procedure, which they have also failed to respond to.
