So rude. I tried to explain the situation, and after waiting 6 hours today alone for him to call me back, he just kept interrupting and interrupting. He didn’t give me chance to explain anything, and belittled my concern. Absolute no go!

Absolutely abysmal treatment of clients. Extremely rude, wasn't interested in hearing what I was even calling for. The second person to answer me was also very dismissive and told me I am rude for asking for someone in a higher position to speak to as both of them was extremely rude. This is not how I expect to be treated by such a company that deals with an arrange of affairs.

Spoke to these solicitors about signing affidavits documents for marriage 11 weeks ago and was told they could not make an appointment but call back a week before and they also take walk ins, I called again last week and was told it would be fine to have the last appointment today was also promised a call back from the solicitor which I never got, today my partner has taken the day off to get the documents signed and I called them again to confirm appointment time to which I was told by a very aggressive man that no appointment was made he was talking down to me and belittling me trying to intimidate me and did the same to my mother in law a lady came on the phone and took over after hearing him talk like this towards us she said no appointment was made and we could not make an appointment as they don’t have availability and she could not recommend another solicitor, the man came back on the phone over talking everyone and being very aggressive again would not allow us to talk or explain anything.. extremely rude and would not recommend as they messed us about now for very important documents and went back on their promise, would definitely avoid going to these solicitors if you would like a nice experience dont recommend this company at all especially dealing with that man, very unprofessional!!
