I recently used S. Abraham Solicitors for the conveyancing of my property, and I’m pleased with the outcome. While it was clear they were handling a busy caseload, Rachel still managed to get the job done efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. She always shows warmth, patience and professionalism with my many queries and requests.

What I appreciated most was Rachel's ability to cut through the noise and pressure from other parties involved. She acted firmly on my behalf and made sure my interests were protected throughout the process. Her experience and calm, no-nonsense approach really helped reduce the stress that often comes with buying or selling property.

Communication was clear when it mattered, and the team was always working in the background to keep things on track. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for solid, dependable conveyancing support—especially if you want someone in your corner who won’t be pushed around.

Because they really make me feel valued, it has given me the confidence to move my Will to them and most recently, to work through a tricky court case. Mrs Abraham herself has been helping me work through this matter.

Additionally, my parents also feel very comfortable with them to manage their Power of Attorney and Wills too, which says a lot as my parents wouldn't typically go down this route with a solicitor due to past bad experiences.

Ultimately, I don't feel like a number like I have with other firms.

We dealt with Rachel during all of work with S Abraham, which made things easier. Rachel responded promptly to emails and it was rare that we were unable to speak directly.

Rachel worked quickly, flexibly and with attention to detail, such that our searches and other paperwork was satisfactorily completed in record time. Her performance contrasted sharply with our buyer’s solicitors who made basic procedural errors , were near-impossible to contact and only completed paperwork “en-bloc”, which delayed the sale by several weeks.

Rachel did a great job with our conveyancing - we had a tricky move because we started pre-lockdown and were also using Help-to-Buy but Rachel was always on hand to advise when I had decisions to make and also to calm my fears when things started to look bleak.
