Since the time of my marriage split - 21 years ago - I had relied on the validity and strength of the (amicable) Separation Agreement. However more recently I wished to go down the divorce route and my financial situation had changed somewhat over the years via a number of significant business acquisitions and disposals leading to a situation where there was a possibility that the Separation Agreement could be challenged.
