My family have used this firm in past and been happy with service provided. However I told my daughter to ring them and was promised a call back. After several days of waiting she sent them an email. She recieved an automated response saying someone would respond. It's now 3 weeks since she first contacted them and still no one has bothered to respond so now we are looking into other companies..I will not be recommending this company to anyone else.
