Not only did my solicitors spell both my names wrong on documents, my attempts to communicate and rectify the issue fell on deaf ears. I understand the world will not end due to a few incorrect spellings, but their “professionalism” was non-existent. Absolutely amazing service from Rudlings! From the beginning Mr Shazad Butt was extremely helpful and patient. It's not cheap but every penny is worth it. Very helpful with advice and helping to get a new mortgage (right to buy) . Great communication and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. We've got a 125 year lease, can't believe it. I'm very grateful for the support I received and would recommend him to anyone.

p. s. Lack of professionalism after the purchase. We were told to wait a bit more for the land registry. Okay it's normal. Nearly a year later, after my email we finally got a document from the Land registry. The problem was that it was dated nearly 6 months earlier, and nobody from the Rudlings sent it to us. Shame.

Year after their last letter they sent me again a land registry certificate. And surprise they held 115 quid and promised to refund it. Hope it doesn't take a year and half. Speechless
