What are those "good" reviews worth if they can't even do a simple certification of passports without creating a fictitious story that our copies can not be used and theirs need to be produced (extra charge) instead. Our copies were as twice as clear as theirs, presented with passports and each person present. We saw photocopies (worse quality) being produced and asked why they can't just use ours and are they going to charge us extra for them? Then they came up with the story that only their copies can be certified so to us that meant we would need to accept worse quality copies and pay copying charges. After trying to find any common sense in all this situation we were given no other explanation and been told that they can't, never did and will not do it other way.
After contemplating all the inconvenience I asked if at least could look at the copies they made from closer but instead they were put into a shredder! What a turn of events!
So goes without saying we just left, phoned other solicitors half a mile away where quite promptly OUR copies were certified with no spinned stories! Photocopies of already certified copies were made by them for their own records only.
