Sophie Cylkowski and Lisa Newman managed the process for me and both kept me fully updated through the process, responded to any queries I had immediately, provided information as and when I needed it.

My wife visited here for an ID1 form to be signed and filled out, she says Rosalyn Thompson was ultra friendly and very professional - the service was quick, 10 to 15 minutes, warm and welcoming despite being a very low earning service, they even offered to send the ID1 form for us via DX post free of charge. A true credit to the Law Society and will look at using them again for sure! thank you
