I contacted Rouse Partners about a tax complication on my pension going back many years. They arranged for one of their staff, Jim Thomson, to have a chat with me about the problems. He was able to advise me on an approach and, altruistically, reassured me I could manage the matter myself. I very much appreciate their very professional and helpful approach combined with exceptional customer service. I would certainly use them if I have a future need.
