My uncle written a will 2023 when he found he got cancer. February 2024 we found out he didn’t have long left and he wanted to change his will. He phoned them up explaining that but they wasn’t interested. He was getting so stressed about this he wanted to make sure everything was sorted. I his niece phoned again to explain this to them I they just said they didn’t want the business.
Absolutely disgusting a dying man so stressed on his final months I had to ring around to find another solicitor last minute. I wouldn’t even give these a second thought absolutely disgusting people to put a dying man through that much stress!!!!

Been trying to obtain my mothers will since Christmas. All relevant information required was obtained and sent. After 12 emails and requests I have now been told that if I ask them again to forward the will on they are going to charge me for each email and reply. Where they have to forward it to is a 100 yards away, even said we will pick it up and then the emails came back saying they are now going to charge me for replying.

I have called the business 6 times awaiting a return call in the last four days, don't waste your time with this office!

Absolute disgusting solicitor (Lorna Bowen), sends legal letters and advises that people can now magically agree to a Grant of Administration over the telephone. Disgraceful that you would practice in this manner and be absolutely unprofessional when a daughter is trying to help her mother due to her not understanding legal issues.
Disappointing when all we needed was clarity on a matter that you have avoided at every angle. Disgraceful.
