Absolutely inept and dishonest. Were dealing with my late grandfathers estate and have been completely combative and at one point in time just bare faced lied to me. Refuse to speak to me because “I’m not their client” despite said client being deceased and I am the sole remaining representative. It’s ok though I’m literally in the process right now of reporting you to the legal ombudsman. You will speak to me about my grandfathers estate whether you like it or not. I have been directed back to yourselves from multiple government organizations so I know it’s your responsibility to be forthcoming with information. Which you aren’t doing but we will see how that ends up. Something not quite right about this law firm
