We arrived in Ross on Wye and were met by an excellent guide Phil, who showed us round this lovely town. We stood under the Market Place out of the rain. We then walked to St. Mary's Church and then back into the centre to have coffee. Lovely, pretty interesting town

The staff are lovely and helpful. The range of books for children is excellent although for adults it lacks a fiction section which is odd. There is a wretched security guard who works during the time when job centre hosts sessions - he smokes in the entrance and is reviled by all - but aside from that it’s an excellent local service.

An excellent range of books, mostly new. The facility is light and welcoming and, joy of joys for anyone of a certain age, there is a toilet! The staff are unfailing helpful and the recommended books are a great way to pick up a new author and expand your experience. Highly recommended.

I ❤️ Ross Library. It has an uplifting ambience, especially with it's newly refurbished seating and sofa area. I'm impressed with the huge choice of new books. The staff are all welcoming and friendly.
The online reservations service is fantastic. The automated check out/check in machine is a pleasure to use but the staff are always there for you if you prefer them to deal with your books.

A really great library, very patient and friendly staff. Great facilities with wheelchair and pushchair access to both levels.

The children's area is great and there are even sound proof (?) Rooms if you want a bit of piece and quiet.

For a small library it is very well organised and a joy to use. It's good for books CDs and sources of information. The library staff are competent and helpful. The library hosts evening events including local authors.
