I've used Rossendale Law a number of times over the years for property conveyancing work and I have always been extremely happy with their service.

Casey Ryder at Rossendale Law has just completed a very difficult property sale for me and I have to say that she particularly was amazing. She did a truly brilliant job in getting my sale over the line and completed, and she showed hard work, skill, persistence, tenacity, and a high level of understanding during the process.

Prior to using Rossendale Law I'd had a lot of experience of poor service and unnecessary delays caused by other conveyancing solicitors, but the service I have just received from Casey and the office staff was top notch and I firmly recommend Rossendale Law.

We hired Kim Spencer to set up POA for our aunt - this was done fairly quickly and without issue. However she was listed as executor for both our aunt and uncle - five years on from the first death there has been no payments from the estate. I still receive post as POA from my aunt's providers who are not even aware she has passed two years on. There is no communication forthcoming, this has to be chased. When chased there are varying garbled excuses that don't match up. I have never dealt with a solicitor who has taken so long to close and estate (and unfortunately have had a lot of relatives die so I am well versed in it). I would not recommend her in any capacity to deal with your estate or be an executor. Steer well clear.
