Outstanding Service.
I am writing to thank you all so much at R.O.W flooring for your dedication to your clients.
Dave came to fit my parquet floor in the hall, kitchen and shower room, tricky task but he worked tirelessly on the design so that it looked great from all aspects, and it does.
It looks stunning.
Theresa was always very kind and helpful. An excellent team.

We cannot recommend this business highly enough. Dave Bundy and office-based Theresa could not have been more helpful. Having refurbished our bathrooms at the end of last year, we have started putting Karndean into our holiday cottage living rooms. Clean, tidy and on time. Dave even helped put some furniture back in return for cups of tea! We’ll be using them again

We had our stunning Karndean floor installed by Ross on Wye flooring , from selecting and ordering Theresa was so helpful , even when we had to change dates and styles , on the day Ben was absolutely brilliant, making it look easy ! He went above and beyond to return late in the day to finish job .

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ross on Wye Flooring. Dave took great care in helping us pick the right flooring for our budget, we now have level floors for the first time thanks to many bags of self levelling and attention to detail from Dave, who then laid our new Karndean flooring throughout our kitchen and conservatory it looks stunning . This company are a pleasure to deal with from Theresa in the office and Dave with his expertise on flooring both also provided excellent customer service. A huge shout out to Dave who also helped lift the furniture back into the house too.

I had my carpet fitted on Monday. I had to delay fitting a few times & they were so helpful & accommodating. I am absolutely thrilled with it.
It was a great service from a great team from start to finish.
Nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, efficient & the guys did a great job.

Had our living room floor fitted with Karndean. It looks great and they did an excellent job.
We found some unexpected issues with the old concrete floor which they were able to sort out too.
