I used Rosewood Solicitors to repersent me for my case, I am not happy with the service or advice they gave me. I was ill advised to start with, and I was not informed of any update or changes in regards to my caee. In fact when I rang the solicitor firm, they gave me the wrong bail dates, so I had to ring Surrey Police to comfirm, only to be told the case was thrown out and I should have recieved an update via the solicitors.. this was not the case. I suffer from anxiety and the lack of interaction I had from my own solictors was simply non present. I actually rang Rosewood and updated them myself in regards to my own case, on which they still had no update in thier words from the police, when this was not the case as the Police confirmed the solicitors had been notified. Very unprofessional, will not be using ever again.
