We have used Rose & Dunn for some time now regarding our son , we have always found them as a team very friendly and helpful, full of support especially Nick Woosey.
Nick has given us his number in case of emergencies and is on the phone any time we needed him, without him we don't know how we would have coped.
On a couple of occasions we have dealt with Simon who has also been supportive and helpful.
If any one is thinking of choosing Rose & Dunn as a solicitors for whatever reason we would advise you to choose Rose & Dunn they are with you every step of the way no matter what your problem.

I have used Rose & Dunn for many years, recently i have had lots of changes to documents that are very important, all of which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Because of the nature of the Documents i needed a Solicitor i could trust, i have always found them reliable and helpful.

I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them.

Plucked up the courage to try and sort out some family stuff.

Called at 3pm ish on Tuesday to talk to somebody, "right Mr Humphries, he will call you back"

Called yesterday at 3pm ish "oh sorry Mr Humphries, it wasn't me who took your message yesterday, I will get him to call you" so I made sure the person on the other end of the phone had my correct number.

Today my head is in bits, It is neasrly 2PM and I will be calling them at 3PM ISH TO TELL THEM THAT I WAS A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER BUT NOT ANY LONGER, WHICH APPEARS TO BE EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO NOT WANT, then I will try to calm down and go elsewhere, having wasted 3 days of my life.

Do all Solicitors have complete disregard and disinterest when it comes to new Clients ?
