I rang up Rollasons this afternoon to get ID1 but they quoted me £300 something people who doesn’t know other solicitor just charge £10/£20 for this service as it’s like certifyyng ID

Lovely to find a local solicitor who was able to help us write our wills in conjunction with Alzheimer's Society. Staff were prompt, efficient and really helpful in assisting us with the wording in order to make sure our wills accurately reflected our wishes. Very quick to complete the process, too.

My daughter has had the most appalling service from Rollasons. And guess who recommended them?, me. We had a wonderful experience supported by Natalie Brigg here.

My daughter Who is a bright, professional young woman was assigned to Becky Colledge who has been less than useless. To try to progress things she has had to chase by phone and email both her solicitors and whoever they were chasing. And was often asked for information she had already provided Becky with. Even after my daughter contacted Kam Vara about the lack of progress, not returning calls and warning that after months of pushing for exchange her buyer was threatening to pull out still no progress. Yesterday her buyer pulled out. Rollasons thought it fit to send a young legal secretary to meet Felicity to try to sort things out.

I am shocked by the appalling service, and lack of respect for a client. I can’t recommend strongly enough not to use this practice and if for some reason you feel you need to, then definitely don’t accept Becky Colledge.
