Hiring this guy was like slamming on the brakes after the car had already crashed. Not only did he show up late for everything, but I found myself wondering whether he was working on my case or solving a sudoku puzzle during the trial. If they ever build a museum of incompetence, he'd surely have a permanent exhibition in his name.
In short, if your case ever needs to be resolved... in another lifetime, hire this man

This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced, and Teshale Aberra is the epitome of incompetence. It’s as if this guy actively avoids doing his job—even if his life depended on it, he still wouldn’t lift a finger. Teshale Aberra is an absolute joke. If laziness were a skill, he'd be a world champion. If you're actively trying to ruin your case and waste your time with someone who clearly has no interest in helping you, he’s your perfect match. Honestly, hiring him is like throwing your chances straight in the trash. He couldn’t care less about you or your outcome—his only talent is wasting your time. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

I am a free lance public service interpreter and was contacted by this firm to help them with an asylum seeker request. I did 4 hours 1/2 still waiting to be paid since March 2024. This company is very unprofessional, squeezing the rate so low to pay interpreters to the minimum hourly rate and yet do not pay when invoiced. This firm was already paid by the client and ignore request for paiement and they are solicitors. They are simply crooks. I have asked for my invoices to be paid and still no response. I am now forced to go to the small claim court to be paid .Advice to all NRPSI interpreters that are contacted by this firm please read my review before considering working for them.

If you use legal aid for asylum save yourself time and effort and look for another solicitor..what caseworker read your texts on WhatsApp about important questions and don't even bother to reply unacceptable
