I hate being this person to leave negative reviews but I've been left with no other choice as my complaint email has gone completely unanswered. At first I felt reassured by the knowledge Sonia had regarding my issue with my visa and the ins and outs of the home office, however my case was then handed over to someone who didn't seem to carry the same amount of knowledge and whose professionalism was lacking. I was very anxious about my case and felt that things weren't explained to me very well to make conscious decisions in the next steps. I understand that its a busy industry and I was probably a smaller client in the grand scheme of things however felt that as a paying client, I shouldn't have to chase as hard as I did to speak to the person handling my case. Being told, sorry I was going to call you back but got busy and forgot is inexcusable - multiple times. I hope for whoever goes here next please, please ask the right questions and ensure you get the best care before handing over any money.
