We have worked with Rock IT for around 8 months and have been extremely satisfied with everything they have done. They have delivered on all of their promises and it feels like things are still continuing to build. They have been quick to respond generally but overall have seen a huge improvement to our systems after their initial review. It feels like a lot of the smaller day-to-day problems, network drop-out, slowness issues have now gone away which I thought were just normal. They have helped me many time personally but it's nice to be getting good reviews from our staff who have previously been unhappy.

We’ve been with Rock going on a year and have been happy with their service from the off. Their attention to detail, quick response to requests, trustworthy advice, and professional attitude is a breath of fresh air in an industry where real customer service is very hard to find. The engineers we speak to each day and the engineers that come out to our UK offices have always been exceptionally knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Superb

We have been with Rock for 4 months and since our very first Zoom with Brandon my team have all been extremely pleased. Their staff are very knowledgeable and professional and have helped us enormously during lockdown. So far they have over delivered in all aspects including technical support and whilst carrying our first few IT installs. I'd confidently recommend them to anyone looking to improve their IT and information security.

We received a marketing email from Rock.IT spelling out how great they were and inviting us to ask for a chat and quote. Having provided an outline of what we had and what we were looking for we were promised a call back at a specific time/date. All we got was a postcard - again telling us how great they were - no call and no response to follow up emails sent.

Fine if you don't want to do business but at least have the cojones to say so and not have someone hanging around waiting for your call.

Pro-active service? Fast response times? Sorry, Rock.IT, you don't cut it.

We have received a very professional IT support from RockIT for 2 and a half years. We will continue to recommend them to all our partners and our clients due to their superior level of support. We have used a few other IT Support companies but before using RockIT we had an internal team for several years. RockIT have helped us massively because of their knowledge and experience of technology and not just IT. We worried when we outsourced to RockIT as we thought they may be less responsive than our internal team. This has actually proven not to be the case as they have a greater number of staff than the internal team and can offer almost immediate response to tickets. We also benefit now from out of hours support which was always done ad-hoc or at a push. I would recommend the team at RockIT to anyone looking for a more professional IT Service.

Lets start with the positive. The staff can't do enough for you, they are polite and knowledgeable which is just what you need from your IT provider.

That's where the positive comments stop I'm afraid.

This company prides itself on their KPI's. They will sell their services to you based on their KPI performance and how great it is. Yea all well and good but the whole KPI system only works for them and them alone. From a customer point of view this just doesn't work.

They decide what priority a call is... sorry but the CUSTOMER dictates how urgent an issue is because what may seem as a non urgent issue to Rock IT is actually a business critical issue for a business meaning you have to abide by their KPI response times meaning that you have to wait minimum of 4 hours before being able to get any assistance at all!!

You have a question that you know has a simple answer - yes ring your IT provider... No. Not the case. You can ring, the person may know the answer but can they just answer the question which will take them 30 seconds? No. they raise you a ticket then you wait 24 hours for a response by which point its irrelevant.

Try and get some help in advance of an issue? You'd think giving them a weeks notice ahead of say a new installation etc, that you'd be able to get an immediate response when the installation happens. No. Takes hours so you end up having equipment on your desk gathering dust before they decide that you are worthy of helping despite you giving them ample notice because you knew that this was going to happen.

Customer service is NOT a priority for Rock IT - in fact it just doesn't exist full stop!!!
