My 9 year old Romanian girl was suffering from this awful diahorea and sickness bug that is doing the rounds.Was able to get an appointment at my local Robson and Prescott in Seaton Delaval on the same day.Kate the vet was great.Quick diagnosis and an injection to stop the sickness and probiotics and feeding advise to ho home with.Many thanks to a great practice. I've been with them for 40+ years their excellent service is second to none.

R&P is a strong vetinary practice and is fortunate to have the best vet we have had the privilege of working with - Bryony.

Bryony is, without a doubt, the most outstanding vet I’ve encountered in the 17 years we’ve been welcoming dogs and cats into our family. This includes experiences with several practices over the years. While every vet we’ve worked with has always demonstrated knowledge and skill, Bryony offers something truly exceptional: an innate, pure and genuine love for animals that cannot be taught nor formally assessed. Her love for them radiates through every interaction and is profoundly reassuring.

In my opinion, the power of this connection should never be underestimated and absolutely deserves recognition, as, in our experienced not all vets exude this same natural warmth, love and compassion. Bryony’s care, combined with her clear expertise, creates an unparalleled sense of trust and confidence and I have, and will continue to, recommended her to friends and family. It's allways pleasant to visit this practice. The reception staff are warm and welcoming and vets themselves are just as warm and friendly but very professional and informative. I have total faith in this practice.

I can't thank vet Hayley frear enough at Bedlington branch for the professionalism, care and kindness she showed to my cat Roxy and also myself when Roxy wasn't eating and her normal self after her vaccination, she did a thorough examination took her time with Roxy and explained everything to me in a caring manner.
After medication, Roxy is back to her normal self and can't thank Hayley enough
Also claire on reception absolutely amazing and friendly and knowledgeable not only on visit but also over the phone was I was unsure what to do.

Costs are getting out of hand. 10 minute consultation and a tiny tube of eye drops set me back nearly £100. Daylight robbery. I'm not happy at all about this, you're pricing people out of the market to either not own an animal or making the animal suffer as they can't afford your crazy prices.
