R & J Blackfen were absolutely amazing in the sale of our home and the purchase of another property . Tony, Harry, Sam & Natalie were constantly in contact with us, the chain and the solicitors. I don’t think the process would have been as smooth if they were not all involved. Would recommend them to anyone! Fantastic team and fantastic service. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic service! I switched agents after not having much luck and RJ were excellent. Efficient and informative, I am one who likes to be kept informed which prob makes me a difficult customer but they kept me in my box! They produced the goods, sold my house efficiently and kept me in touch throughout. Definitely earned their fee.

Brilliant service from R & J! From the initial valuation of our house, viewings (sale and purchase), negotiations, legal bits, paperwork, etc everything was so much easier than I expected due to the help and brilliant communication from all the staff. We sold our property for bang in the middle of the valuation and Natalie stopped us from being soft negotiators which got us just shy of an extra 1% on our sale! My wife and I felt completely confident throughout the whole process and there was nothing the R & J team would not do for us. Honestly couldn't imagine using any other firm.

Sold my house late last year - excellent experience from beginning to end. Wasn't always straightforward for me as my late husband had dealt with the intricacies of our last 2 moves. But Robinson Jackson were always there to help out whenever I needed them. Special thanks go to Harry, Samantha and Natalie but everyone there was super helpful. Also, I need to mention Andy, who has sadly passed away. He gave me great advice to help with selling my home - mostly about decluttering!

From the outset all members of the team were extremely helpful, friendly and kept us up to date with the progress of the chain throughout the entire process.

An excellent experience dealing with Robinson Jackson as first time buyers. Natalie promptly arranged our first viewing and put us in contact with a mortgage advisor. We were accompanied by Harry to our first viewing and he kindly fit us in for a second viewing two days later. Natalie was so helpful and guided us through the offer process smoothly and communicated updates to us promptly.

Due to unfortunate circumstances the buying process was prolonged but we were always kept in the loop by Sam and Stephanie in the fantastic sales progression team. They chased for updates on our behalf which was much appreciated and took away a lot of stress! We were also accompanied to two further viewings by Aleisha as we had not seen the property since our initial viewings in July. She was very attentive and interested in our plans for the property.

Finally after 6 long months of support from the team at Robinson Jackson we exchanged contracts today. Thank you so much for all you have done to get us to the finish line Natalie, Sam, Stephanie, Harry and Aleisha!
