I've rented with Robinson Goss three times now, I think, and always been happy with it! Great service, reasonable prices.

Last time, I accidentally left my satnav behind, and to save me time/money picking it up or having them post it, they arranged that one of their team who was driving near my house could drop it off, which I really appreciated, and I think was them really going beyond to offer a great service!

Hired a few times through this company, normally a minibus but more recently a Luton van for a house move. 10/10. Really helpful staff. Really fair, affordable price. Sue was particularly friendly with my most recent hire. Josh also did it utmost best when I needed the van an extra day due to circumstances and eventually managed to sort this for me at very last minute. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The Luton Van was clean and we were able to pick it up the evening before our hire which was very helpful. Thoroughly checked before our hire for dents and wear and tear and given clear instructions on how to use tail lift. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

Avoid avoid avoid!

£200 deposit added onto hire cost not well enough stated before booking. Then charged £150 for the tiniest dent in rear door, ‘before’ photos are EXTREMELY unclear, clearly look photoshopped, highly advise taking your own before and after photos , Customer service are rude! Have also been made to wait 3hours before I could collect a vehicle (previous hire). When if you are only booking for a day is a long time out of your hire cost, the delay was due to short staffing , when manager arrived to boost staff levels he was the rudest more arrogant person I’ve ever spoken too, last time I will ever use - awful
