I was ghosted for nearly 4 months until I made a complaint to RICS. Then I suddenly got a reply like nothing had happened and he hadn't ignored my calls and emails for months. The valuations were very basic too. I am still very upset that someone can behave like this.

From start to finish we have had nothing but problems. It took 2 weeks for the RICS valuation to be sent to me after being told it would take 48 hours. There was then an issue with the address on the report not to mention the spelling mistakes and incorrect photo used. I went back to the surveyors only to be greeted with poor customer service from Sue. The report was then sent back to me after repeatedly calling which had been dated 3 days prior to me receiving it. Do not waste your money, such a shame because Robert was lovely.

Sue and Robert provide a professional, quick and friendly service. After contacting the company following a near impossible deadline from my solicitor, Sue was reassuring and friendly and managed to get me booked in the same day. Robert carried out my valuation within the hour of my phone call in a professional, friendly and covid-safe manner.

Needed a RICS surveyor report done quickly as possible for help to buy purpose. Was booked in a soon as was possible and the report done within 48 hours of the visit which was brilliant. Although I wasn’t there while the survey took place, was told Robert was very nice, as is Sue who I dealt with over the phone and through email. Highly recommend

Really great service. Mr Crosbie was very supportive during the peak time in the UK Covid-19 pandemic twinned with additional pressures from the Stamp Duty holiday.

I would recommend his services for anyone requiring Help to Buy valuations. Very knowledgeable about the processes and competitively priced.

,he wanted to keep all of my deposits after false claims he made and refused to give me copy of inventory taken after my tenancy,,the results of the inventory made me get my money back what he intended to keep,never rent from this man he is not honest and reliable ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
