Does the trick for a service station, 24 hour mcdonalds available too! Nice and clean, plenty of parking.

Much nicer after refurb and noticeably cleaner, especially the loos. Lot of outlets close relatively early and part of the change means you need to do a dog leg turn as soon as you come in, so be aware of that. Plenty parking clear signage how how to pay for longer stays. One thing to be aware of for EV users, VERY little in the way of charging available. Both outlets were down on my last visit, to the great frustration of a family running out of electrons.

Tibshelf northbound services is a clean, tidy and one of the best places to grab a Costa, grab something from Spar , WHSmith and even a typical independent mobile phone store.

Toilets are clean, adequate seating but struggles a little in busy periods.

Currently there are road works in the car park which makes navigating a little difficult.

Wednesday noon. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Lots of flowers in wooden planters outside: a very nice touch. Costa clean, tidy, polite and efficient. Tibshelf N is among the better service halts.

Inside the actual services it’s excellent. Cian toilets , clean dining areas & a good variety of cuisine.
However the exterior of the services is absolutely disgusting & shambolic. The Litter bins were all overflowing & the parking area is riddled with very deep potholes. It’s unsuitable for vehicles one wonders if vehicle suspensions etc have been damaged as a result of using it. I suggest for the sake of service users the exterior is urgently repaired & bins emptied on a regular basis.
I won’t be stopping again.

I stopped here to use the free shower, unlike some other service station showers this one had lovely hot water and was very clean. Thank you Linda for taking such care of the facilities.

Excellent services, all staff friendly and place was spotlessly clean.
However the best bit was meeting Linda (northbound), so much pride in her job, the facilities were 100% on point, well done 🙂

The toilet has no echo. Very handy after a festive weekend. In the 3rd cubicle you get the hand dryer draft when sitting. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.
