I would strongly advise AGAINST using this place under any circumstances. I left my Fireblade with them to diagnose an issue where the bike kept losing power. After Nick assured me that all electrical possibilities had been ruled out, he recommended rebuilding the bottom end of the engine. What followed was a 10 month ordeal filled with countless excuses. In the end, I paid £3,000 for labor and another £2,000 for parts , so £5,000 in total to get the engine partially rebuilt.

When I finally collected the bike from RRP, I made it as far as a petrol station before it failed to start again. I had to contact my insurance to recover the bike and return it to Nick. Two days later, he informed me that he had identified the real issue: the cooling fan was randomly activating and draining the battery , so a basic problem that should have been caught early on.

A straightforward repair that should have cost no more than £300 turned into a £5,000 nightmare due to incompetence and poor service. This was, without a doubt, the worst mechanic experience I have ever had. Save yourself the frustration and money , so stay as far away as possible from this place. Unfortunately I ignored the bad reviews here thinking it wasn’t fair, however they were absolutely right 🤦🏻‍♂️.

PS: I just reviewed my emails regarding the crankshaft delivery, and it only took 7 days to arrive. There’s no need for me to damage your reputation, you’re already quite successful at doing that yourself through your own poor service. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Nick & Jack are so knowledgable they set up the suspension brilliantly and no fuss.

Went out for a test ride WOW the difference was night & day.

I’m now getting the service and MOT done there.

Their service is excellent the prices are too next is an ecu flash I’ve heard great things about this service from them especially as Nicks an ex racer so I can’t wait.

Thanks again guys it’s really appreciated getting real service.

Lies lies and more lies had a rubbish experience wasted 700 quid he does small jobs took my bike one hole year for tuning and dyno he told me to collect my bike as it was ready and just needed riding? If not collected now storage fees will be applied Lies bike had same problem when I Asked for print out dyno his response was I done flash tests ? what a load of rubbish anyway I returned bike straight away he kept it for one year and gave a range of reasons why my bike was not done i have taken my bike back im gona use you tube and fix my bike butterfly sync I reckon he's saying fuel pump more lies when I collected my bike one year later he made out like I have been impatient because his dad is in hospital wish your dad all the best you need more staff he said he can't do dyno on his own and told me he took his fuel pump of his r1 to fix my Honda 600 bike but has now put it back on his bike? More lies you didn't know I was coming for my bike the day I did . Dad comes out in one week after having my bike for one year after I returned it to him I never had the patients to wait one more week my loss please look at reviews before taking your pride and joy anywhere look for happy customers and great ratings this is crap if you are a customer your bike is in a room collecting dust fuel going bad battery dying fork seals under pressure and suspension unused mot running out tyres cracking from not being rode bad luck god help you go and see for yourself its your money not mine I have already wasted mine and I bet this man has more lies to explain what has gon on pick sense out of nonsense please see for yourself

Took my Triumph Bonneville ST here for new Pirelli tyres and a service and what strikes you first is the friendly customer service you receive from the initial phone call through to the drop off and pick up. Nick and his team have an enviable reputation in the area and if your lucky enough and local enough to be able to have these guys look after your ‘wheels’, then why would you go anywhere else.
Thanks for doing this work as we ease out of lockdown.
