Awful solicitors!!! After nine long months of stress and constant chasing, we finally received a brief email from Nicola Roberts—an incredibly uncooperative individual throughout this process. That said, my client had withdrawn from the purchase. Thankfully, we had the buyer’s direct contact details and were able to speak with him personally to reassure him that the minor issue could easily be resolved. He had no intention of pulling out—communication was all that was needed. Unfortunately, Nicola Roberts made no effort to engage with either party, which nearly jeopardized the entire transaction.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend using RMNJ. We had a really poor experience with them, and the handling of our case made our journey as first-time buyers particularly stressful.

The communication was consistently poor, and we faced significant delays throughout the entire process, to the point where our seller nearly pulled out. We repeatedly had to follow up and chase the team multiple times for updates that were promised but never materialized, only to be met with long response delays.

Additionally, we had to request multiple times that RMNJ stop sharing sensitive information with the seller, but this request was not respected, and our concerns were largely ignored. At times, it felt like our case wasn’t being prioritized at all.

The failure to follow through on commitments was extremely frustrating. We expected much better service and communication. Based on our experience, I would not recommend RMNJ or Dayna’s team.

Extremely poor company. They refuse to answer questions from other solicitors, are currently holding up a house move with no communication regarding any of the queries other solicitors and estate agents are asking. They will not return phone calls and are not answering emails. Would not recommend for conveyancing as they are being an absolute nightmare and holding the entire process up when all the other solicitors in the chain are ready.

Nicole & her team got us from offer accepted to completion in just under 9 weeks, which in today's conveyancing timeframes is absolutely outstanding.

Nicole is a credit to RMNJ, her thoroughness, dillegence and hard work ensured that we had a stress free process, and ended up with a safe and secure property for our Mortgage. Even when we ran into a couple of minor issues during the process, Nicole was patient, and again, explained everything very well.

Ignore the bad reviews on here, I think these are from people who either expect miracles from conveyancing, or expect everything done for them. You have to be proactive with house buying and you have to work with your conveyancer, not against them.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of using RMNJ to look elsewhere, I have recently used Nicole and her team for house conveyancing and due to the extremely poor level of communication and customer service I can only describe the experience as horrific. The team are most put out if you want to speak to them, enquire where you are upto in the process or why your quoted bill keeps increasing! They seemed intent on making a stressful situation ten times worse with no awareness or understanding of the level of distress they were causing.

Awful solicitors. Used them to buy my first home and they held up the sale for months. When I rang they never answered, when I asked for a call back- they never did. They were just terrible, recommend to avoid.
