Richard carried out a level 2 survey on our new prospective home & my wife & I were very impressed with the quality of service.

The report itself was very detailed & went into a significant amount of detail about every part of the property, giving different ratings to highlight where certain aspects required more detailed investigation on our part before proceeding with the house purchase. In addition, Richard called me to discuss the report & give an overview of his findings, allowing me to ask questions.

A survey on a prospective new home can be one of the precarious parts of the process but Richard helped make this part straightforward & easy to follow.
