Very poor experience with these, I had a super simple purchase ( chain free, first time buyer and cash buyer ) of a little flat, and after 9 months! Yes 9 months I was forced to pull out as it was clear there was no end in sight.

Their customer service is appalling, Ash refuses to answer questions, ignores emails from everyone and then blames everyone else for the hold up.

They printed my name incorrectly on legal documents at the very beginning of the process, and sent documents over suggesting there was undisclosed charges I was required to pay. After discussing this it transpired it was an error ( they had copy and pasted the document from another customer and not even bothered to edited for my specific case )

As others have said I believe their 5 star reviews are fake and from friends and family.

Thanks to these I lost an excellent investment opportunity, had my hands tied for 9 months as I was financially committed to the purchase, and I am now out of pocket for legal fees.

My opinion is that these should be avoided at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As many other reviews have stated, majority of 5 star reviews appear fake/from family & friends. Arshad took several almost half a year to complete a simple chain free transaction, and became aggressive when chased, including his secretary.

I cannot recommend Ash highly enough. This has been the quickest move that I've been involved in, also with the longest chain. Most of this is down to the speedy processing and gathering of information needed for the sale. From start to finish, Ash has done everything asked of him, and it's all been a smooth process.

As an estate agent with 24 years experience, please DO NOT use this firm. It has been a long time since I have experienced such frustration at dealing with a firm as unresponsive as this one!
What should have been a straight forward freehold transaction between two parties was turned into a nightmare because of this firm.
