Chloe understood my current domestic situation perfectly and tailored my new Will to reflect my situation with a new partner whilst totally providing for dependents from my happy 35 year. The new Will also engages Simpson’s to act as main executor for probate so easing the administration burden on my two children.

Firstly, I should like to say that the office where Joshua works is situated in an old mill, which has been tastefully renovated with an impressive modern and welcoming layout.
Reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly.
My wife and I needed to renew our will details as it had been approximately 20 years since we had last drawn up a will. We were required to make some important changes to our will and during our introductory meeting with Joshua, he gave a thorough explanation of the processes. In addition, he was able to answer our questions professionally and sympathetically.
A follow-up meeting with Joshua was required as we found that there were queries that we had not anticipated during the first meeting. Again, we felt happy that our questions were professionally dealt with and my wife and I made the commitment to allow Joshua and his team to complete the will process.
Finally, at our meeting today for the signature procedure, Joshua fully explained the processes going forward and we left the office today feeling that our future interests were in safe legal hands.

0 stars. Undoubtedly, 0 stars! It’s been 5 years and counting, thousands of euros and counting, with no surety of a conclusion in sight. As of a few days ago, I’ve been handed off to the 8th case handler (solicitor), and as each time, all sudden without any notice that the previous handler was phasing out or will be leaving the company. Each probate advisor promised the same thing that they will see my case through, and each time in a matter of months there has been little to no progress and they somehow leave the company without notice and another takes up the same approach and places me back in the cycle. There’s no accountability by Right Probate as they continue to make false promises, false assurances, putting the estate at risk to more expenses and losing out on a sale because they were negligent in following up on matters.

I’ve had the worst experience over the past years. This has been emotionally draining, causing mental fatigue as it’s been an overwhelming stressful process and now poses continued financial risks.

If you value your sanity, your own financial stability and assurance that your matters will be handled in a professional manner, I suggest that you refer to another solicitor, anyone but Right Probate.

As of today, I will continue to monitor and escalate my case, as I’ve been given another promise that by week’s end I should have the pending signature I need by someone who yet again have left the firm. If my matter continues to be delayed, I will continue to share more elaborate experiences, also highlighting names of persons I’ve dealt with as well as clear indications as to why anyone reading this here and on other platforms should stay away from Right Legal as well as persons involved on many levels.

So, so, draining these 5+ years.
