Utterly amazed. I knew from research and reviews that Richard Freeman had a reputation as the man to go to when faced with road traffic offences but you never truly believe that you will get to be one of those people writing a review with a happy ending too.

After being arrested in my car with two charges; possession and drug driving, I was facing a criminal record, a long driving ban and a big fine which would have lead to other work consequences. I thought I had no chance of being acquitted and was resigned to just pleading guilty to get it over with. Richard looked at the case and immediately spotted multiple reasons as to why we should submit a not guilty plea with ‘no case to answer’.

Hiring Richard to represent me in court was one of the single best decisions I’ve ever made. Obviously, the best part was walking out of court today after being fully acquitted. However, what was really amazing was witnessing his abilities in the court room that led to the acquittal. It was quite something to hear his sheer knowledge of the law, the articulation and his years of experience. I remember thinking, “well, if this guy can’t get us the result we want, no one can”.

Richard is truly “Mr Technicality”, but he’s also a really great guy and I don’t know how I can ever repay him fully for giving me my life back against the odds. Thank you.

Was originally with a lawyer who was just going through the motions and a year ban was a guarantee. After speaking with Richard’s team, he called me up and and we went through everything together, he heard me out and more importantly broke everything down and set out a course of action. Mr Mackay took point on my case and kept me updated at every point, They were able to turn a dire situation into a massive success story as what should have been a drug driving case, with a 1year ban got dropped and I effectively got a slap on the wrist with a position charge.These guys know the stuff through and through and I could not recommend anyone else, these are the go to guys.

Dangerous driving charge:

I believe through Richards Freemans experience and riggor he managed to get the Fiscal to firstly listen and then laterally change their minds on the charge.

I was then given a charge of careless. On the day at Hamilton Sheriff Court I was given 7 penalty points and £700 fine . Considering I was facing an automatic 1 year ban and a resit of my driving test this was a very positive outcome for me.

Thanks to RTE I have kept my job and stayed on the road and would highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend Mr Freeman enough. Contacted him at the last minute when I had been told there was no way a deal could be done to reduce my sentencing. With in a few weeks he was able to get my case dropped to a lesser charge and get me a sentence that was severely reduced from what I was told to expect which basically saved my career. He was also very easy to deal with and I would recommend anyone with any driving offence to use him. Absolutely first class.

Please allow me to express my highest respect to Mr. Freeman's legal team. I was charged with three crimes including no insurance, no driving license, and using mobile phone while driving. However, with the help of Mr. Freeman's team, the police dropped the charges against me for not having a driver's license and insurance. It was simply a miracle.
