Highly recommend this company, very competitive rates and very friendly, helpful staff. I live in Cumbria and my son is buying a house in the North West area, I found all communication with the company very reassuring. They informed him when the survey was being carried out and once it was done. The report was very thorough but easy to understand. If Rado comes to your house for a survey don’t leave him alone at any time otherwise you’ll end up with damage to your property. They needed changing yes and we were aware of that but he stamped quite hard on the boards and that could be heard from downstairs
