Hannah is incredible, I had on off sessions with her for a while and she has a gift of being able to instill confidence in yourself within sessions whilst also giving you the skills you need to apply her work and teachings in all areas of your life. She's also just a lovely lovely person and I used to look forward to seeing her each week. It's rare if a day goes past when I don't use one of the skills or tactics she taught me to manage situations, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

I approached Hannah for help when I found myself struggling with the pressures of trying to get through an epic 5 year degree alongside a full-time job and family life. She quickly made me feel at ease and we talked about my situation. The sessions highlighted the challenges I was facing and how I felt about them, and together we devised a strategy to focus my efforts and make better use of my study time. Hannah also helped considerably with my anxiety leading up to my practical exams, and taught me how to cope with the exam pressure. Although it has been many months since I last had a session with Hannah, the effects of her counselling have been long lasting and I have since managed my exams with confidence and composure. I was skeptical about counselling and hypnotherapy, however Hannah has helped me immensely and I would recommend her to anyone.

Hannah’s empowering approach to psychotherapy is refreshing and revolutionary. Just as it says on the tin! After only a few sessions I went from not understanding why I was lacking in confidence and constantly feeling like I was not good enough to having a completely new confidence model and understanding of where my insecurities stemmed from. This has empowered me to see things differently and show up more and more confidently ever since.

I had several sessions of hypnotherapy with Revolution Psychotherapy and Counselling whilst going through a period of medical treatment. It really helped me to relax during my medical treatment and after each session of hypnotherapy I felt refreshed and relaxed. It's an incredible therapy, one I would really recommend to others. It removed any nerves I had regarding my medical treatment . Hannah was professional yet warm and friendly. Would recommend this company to others.

Hannah is AMAZING. She has in two consecutive sessions made the difference between me being crushed on the floor saying "I can't do this" to walking away with my head held high saying "I CAN DO THIS". Highly highly highly recommended.
