Not impressed at all, im expected to show proof that I didn't order stuff from a catalogue I've never heard of. How can I prove something when the flat it was apparently delivered to was flooded and all my belongings were lost. Absolutely disgusting the way I am being treated. Allegedly someone called me in July, no they didn't I think I would remember as my mom was seriously ill and then died. So thanks for the added stress for something I've not done ?

I have been with Restons for quite a while now.as long as you pay even a little they are fine with that.i have had to take a 6 month brake from my payments as I had something more important to pay.so they were fine with me taking a brake.

I know that I done wrong, but your company Reston Solicitors were not very helpful, I owed £10080 from Halifax but they kept giving me. money I offered to pay back £8000 which I can ill afford being a pensioner on £720 per month as I said previously I know that I done wrong but why do banks keep giving money out . I have a charge on my property but now have to put myself into further debt, thank you RESTONS for all your help ?

Absolutely awful experience. Reckon they have sent me court paperwork. Tell me to talk to court. Court have no record and tell me to talk to Restons. Restons take 3 days to consult a manager then cycle repeats again. Now having to get my own solicitor to fight them. Absolutely ridiculous and causing lots of unnecessary worry, ill health, further financial hardship and insecurities for myself and my 88 year old mum!
