Housing disrepair was chaotic, lies and wasted effort, nothing was resolved, helped Wigan Council to lie to us, still living with mould, leaks, damp and draught. Don't let them spoil your health and life.

This seems like a scam, my case has been dragging on for 2 years. I was made to sign under duress. I wasn’t even allowed to pick my own independent surveyor that I was happy to pay for. To be honest you do all the work. I had my solicitor call me off his private number and make false promises. He also told us about the hackney scam and then denied it because he thinks he smart and told me and my witness off his private phone and not the office. I have emailed him to ask for the formal complaint procedure and he doesn’t seem to want to reply. I called the office to ask and they said they can’t give me the formal complaint procedure. I asked the office to telll ADIL please do reply to my email.
