We currently have an IT Support contract with Remson IT but I'd like to take this opportunity to say that its much, MUCH more than just a company that fixes IT issues! Aled came into our office at the Go Local Magazine and Print Ltd to discuss ideas we had in putting a new policy into practice with regards to a new email inbox. This led on to Aled suggesting another idea using another Microsoft 365 program (Planner). We had never heard of this program and on showing us how it works and suggesting some new ideas, we have embraced this and are getting very positive results already! Aled was happy to provide training on this and we look forward to using Planner to move our business forward and take another step to a paper less office! We would highly recommend Remson IT Ltd to anyone looking to, not only have a support system in place, but to have this lovely company on hand to offer advice, training and also to help your business make the most of the services offered within Microsoft 365 that you not be aware of. My work emails are provided by Rackspace and recently, I could receive emails but not send them, on both my phone and laptop.

A friend recommended contacting Aled of Remson IT as I just couldn’t fix the issue myself- he acknowledged and scheduled a Teams call within 30 mins and we spoke earlier this afternoon.

He took remote access of my laptop and with a bit of trial error resolved the issue- we had to access/ and amend advanced settings in the email account that I would have not have known where to find!

I could then replicate the settings in my phone and a test email to Aled confirmed it was resolved also.

I would 100% recommend Aled- such a frustrating issue but also a really inconvenient one- he was able to help me resolve.
