Unfortunately, this is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life based on my realities compared to what they claim to be. This is not a child centred contact centre. This is not a charity with charitable intentions. This contact centre should not be in existence based on what is mentioned above. I could not rate my experiences of this contact centre lower. Please avoid this place if at all possible as they lack empathy, lack understanding of problems parents face, are not child centred, are unprofessional and are untrained.

Range of services and supports for separated families - supervised, facilitated or handover contact arrangements aiming to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Lovely staff who understand all the issues and aim to make everyone feel welcome.
