The reception team are fantastic. Anything that you need can be dealt with in a timely manner. The parking can be an issue, but they clearly explain how to sort it and how long you have to pay, it's 24 hours to pay. The WiFi and signal are spotty, but that's not the teams fault.
The team ensure to sort any problems within a quick response. The building is well maintained and the team strive to ensure everyone is happy and a positive would definitely recommend this office space.

No WiFi available! Very bad mobile Internet signal! And because of those two you got yourself into trouble to pay for PARKING only by mobile! Total mess! Receptionist refused to solve it. If you obviously can, please keep yourself away!

I had a physio appointment that ran late. I found out three week later that Parkmaven was going to charge me £100 for the fact that I ran over. I will not be going back to this physio or anyone else in the building. As other folks on this thread have mentioned, there is no parking for miles around the building so this is the only option. I will not patronize any businesses in this area again.

Have my office there, which is always clean with new office furniture. Love the area where building is located in. Receptionists are very polite and very helpful.Good parking.

I had an appointment at kings hill branch
I was surprised 2 weeks later with a parking fine of £ 60 if I pay within 2 weeks and 100 £ after that
Receptionist didn’t mention anything about need to register the car or pay for parking
I thought the parking would be free for customers
Not happy at all
Called them and no attempt to help
Not a happy customer

The main issue is the parking, there’s no 4g within a mile of this place. So it’s essentially impossible to pay for your parking whilst you’re there. I tried to retroactively pay for my parking but there was no option to do so on the website. I paid for another time slot as that was the best I could do and now have a £100 fine. I went here for physiotherapy but will go somewhere else in the future. There’s no street parking in the surrounding area either so you’re a bit stuck for alternatives.

Parking expensive and difficult to pay for as there is no reception anywhere in the grounds and no access to WiFi. Consulting rooms are boiling hot, apparently the heaters are stuck on full heat. Also, while waiting in reception one bloke every 5 mins is shown into the toilets with a nurse waiting outside to do a urine sample. Could they be given a bit more privacy? Some of them are obviously embarrassed.

Absolutely diabolical to say the least, sat in the cold waiting room for 75mins past my appointment and the receptionist spent most of this time out the back eating sausage rolls. Two other patients were complaining with the lack of service.
