Warning to all, Regan Peggs appears to be a dirty little thief, he took my money upfront, and then delivered nothing, whilst ignoring all calls and messages! He has little paralegal minions as a front, that will do his dirty work, and they all left the firm one by one, as the game was up. Furthermore he strategically utilises inaccessible offices, and virtual receptionists, so it makes no difference to him what agro and frustration they are subjected to as a result of his criminal activity. I made a money claim against him and he did all he could to delay and thwart the process, even agreed to mediation without the intention of returning the money he acquired under false representations. ‘Regan Peggs Solicitors Ltd’ is now in the gazette, and it isn’t the first time he’s ran this carousel, ‘Regan Peggs Mediation Ltd’ was also bumped in September 2023, seems to me he’s just a professional crook that knows how to manipulate the law, whilst sitting in his Scottish ivory tower, yes, he will miss court dates as he’s not one for little old England that’s how this short little gremlin of a man compensates, by fleecing vulnerable people, hiding behind a hand full of minions, a little keyboard warrior this one.

Regan has taken my case and not provided a response for months. He has done this several times in the past but this is the longest stretch of time (5 months plus) with no updates to any of my emails or calls. I am also owed a refund of over £3k ( he charged £3k for a hearing that didnt happen) which he is yet to provide. He has agreed to delays without consulting me and my straightforward case is now being dragged on with no end in sight over 2 years later. I've previously missed entire court hearings due to having no responses from him as I got no updates despite chasing. The issues started from filing to the wrong courts and not attending the hearing as agreed, to simply ignoring all correspondence for months in a very serious private prosecution case. When challenged, Regan threatened to abandon me and caused a panic attack. I've sent innumerable calls and emails but he has ignored all of them.

This is a terrible firm. Regan Peggs has a massive ego with little to show for it. A small fish in a big pond. Choose a bigger law firm.

Very poor experience. My partner paid an invoice and received no correspondence for several weeks. When trying to chase up this issue, Emma the receptionist was very very rude, completely unprofessional and not acceptable, she even put down the phone. Very uncalled for. For better service choose a different solicitors.

Brilliant service from start to finish, Regan represented me after I was banned for 6 months. He lodged and appeal and had the ban overturned until I had a new hearing set some 4 months later. He represented me in court and I won the appeal and got my license back. True gent and knows his stuff would recommend to anyone.
