Amazing landlords! Having lived in two different properties at Reece Residences both experiences have been great. I have been a happy tenant for almost 3 years. Any issues that may have occurred have been fixed quickly. They are always contactable and very friendly, I have been made to feel comfortable without it being intrusive . Would definitely recommend. Ceri is so friendly, helpful and experienced. I’ve been managing my property for years and now handed over my keys to Ceri. What a relief! She deals with all the issues with efficiency and ease. She is so chilled but also on the case. She oversaw my flat renovation with reasonable fees and now fully managing my property. She is informative and have a great network of tradesmen. I feel I can sit back and relax and money well spent on appointing her.

We have been so impressed with the professionalism and dedication to making renting out our buy-to-let property such a simple experience.
